Getting Help – Apart from the CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) and the Law Centres, you can take advantage of several other sources of help:

Advisory, Conciliation, and Arbitration Service (ACAS) can give advice on your rights at work. Contact ACAS through the Web site at www.acas.org.uk or through Equality Direct at ACAS 08456-003-444.
Disability Rights Commission Helpline on 08457-622-633 can provide help on your rights as a disabled person.
Women and Equality Unit Web site at www.womenandequalityunit.gov.uk can help on equal pay.
Equal Opportunities Commission is at www.eoc.org.uk and can provide advice if you think you aren’t being given the same opportunities at work as your colleagues.
Commission for Racial Equality at www.cre.gov.uk may also be able to offer advice if you think that your employer is discriminating against you because of your ethnic background.
